As of January 1 I have officially left my 30’s behind. Turning 40 was one of the best things to happen in quite some time. Now I have another 10 years to see what this “Bracket” is all about. My guess is that it’s going to be a amazing.
I have always realized that the arches of my feet would be the perfect match for a professional pogo sticker… so, I am going to take this new passion to the next level. For those of you in San Diego I’m sure you’ll be seeing me on channel 4 soon. Stay tuned!
Last year I bought a Ukulele and it’s been collecting dust acting as more of a showpiece. This year I will learn how to play Sade ‘Smooth Operator’ and perform it to a select audience. Message me for V.I.P. and I’ll make sure you’re there to witness this magical moment.
As you all know my relationship with Chanel West Coast didn’t really work out the way it was supposed to. I won;t get in to the details why I had to break it off, but it looks like this all happened for a reason.
The Courtyard dog park in East Village is “expected” to open soon and I’m really excited about this. All I have to do is exit my building front door and I’ll be steps away from a leash free downtown dog park. I will take Lenny a minimum of 200 times pending it opens.
Every Labor day weekend my moms side of the family has a family reunion and this I will be heading out for some much needed family time. I’m looking forward to spending time in Boston with my sister, brother in-law, and nephew. It couldn’t come soon enough.
I’m going to commit and search out taking a unique photo everyday until 2016 and posting it to Instagram. I’m a bit behind so I have some feed spamming to do. My goal will be to post 365 photos in 2015.
Before moving downtown I rode my bicycle everywhere and it made me feel great and was the most enjoyable form of exercise I have ever experienced. My goal this year is to start going on a weekly ride forcing my self to get back out and explore San Diego.
Well, that’s year I wrote about how I was going to start wearing suits and for that matter actually purchasing one. I think it’s time that I make this a reality and enter the adult world. I will be able to share this once in a life time moment with the world the day it happens. There could possibly be a documentary…
Last year we spent quite a bit of time working towards creating a new platform for WingWire that is one of a kind. I’m truly looking forward to seeing it all unfold. This is an opportunity that has helped me learn, grow, have a lot of fun, and appreciate the team I get to spend every day with.
For the first time in who knows how long I have a trip planned to head up to Mammoth for a long weekend. I can’t even explain how excited I am to get back on the slopes. We’ll see how Mr. 40 handles it, but I have a feeling it’s like riding a bike. Right?
Some of you might now be aware of the fact that I haven’t owned a vehicle since 2009 and have only been riding my bicycle. I made a goal that I would get back on the road last year and I did, but that didn’t come with owning a vehicle. This year I’m going to enter back into reality and make this happen.
I have always enjoyed camping trips and haven’t had the opportunity to go in quite some time(this could have something to do with #12). This year I want to take at least 2 camping trips.
One thing 2014 has taught me and probably every year leading up until know is that I need to surround my self with environments that are very creative. I feel like the past few years have slipped away in that area and I’m going to make an effort to get back out into the design community to explore others creativity to get more inspired than I have ever been.
I’m really excited and looking forward to seeing where 2015 takes myself and everyone in my life. I have a feeling this is going to be a year to remember and reflect upon. Let’s make it the best it can be. Don’t forget to check in regarding the pogo sticking!
